These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for all SKN.JECT appointments and services. By booking a treatment, you agree to the following:

1. Client Eligibility

All clients must:

  • Be over 18 years of age

  • Complete a medical history form prior to treatment

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date medical information

  • Notify SKN.JECT of any changes to health, medications, or conditions before each appointment

2. Consent Requirements

Written consent is required before every treatment to confirm understanding of the treatment, potential risks and aftercare instructions.
For ongoing treatment plans, consent will be reconfirmed at each visit. If your health or medications change, a new consent form must be completed before proceeding.

3. Treatment Expectations

SKN.JECT treatments are carried out by an experienced, qualified clinician. Results may vary depending on individual skin health, lifestyle, and treatment adherence.
Clients are responsible for following all provided aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.

4. Photography Policy

Before/after photos may be taken—with your permission—to document progress and outcomes.
Photos are not shared publicly without written consent.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

As a mobile service, appointment times are carefully planned to allow for travel and preparation.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service

  • Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

6. Arrival & Access Requirements

Clients must ensure safe and appropriate access to the treatment space, including adequate parking for the SKN.JECT mobile clinic and a location suitable for conducting treatments.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. SKN.JECT reserves the right to refuse future bookings due to unpaid invoices or repeated missed appointments.

8. Health & Safety

Treatments cannot be performed if:

  • You are unwell

  • You have an active infection or skin condition contraindicating treatment

  • You have recently had surgery and have not been cleared by your surgeon

If a treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed medical information, the cancellation fee may still apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

While all treatments are performed with care, expertise, and adherence to clinical standards, SKN.JECT is not liable for:

  • Adverse reactions caused by undisclosed health information

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Outcomes outside reasonable clinical expectations

10. Changes to Terms

SKN.JECT may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or via request.
